It is at the very end, after the credits. After all of the names go by and the music stops.

You needed to reverse the audio clip and play it backwards to hear Rob says, "...it's still alive". But if you combined the reversed audio clip and the normal audio clip you'd hear him say, "I don't want to live."
I'm guessing this is when he's interviewed by the government officials. I mean, I don't think Rob dies. Maybe Beth, but an important cast member like Rob Hawkins? Highly unlikely.

I thought Jason was going to live too, but we all know what happened to him. I mean, when first watching the movie I thought Jason was going to make it out.

A standard or strategic nuke it was not - far too much collateral damage and radiation exposure to the surrounding population and areas. It was more than likely a tactical nuke. Smaller in kilotonnage, far less damage but still packing plenty of whallop! Rob, Beth and possibly Clover didn't stand a chance.

ROFLMAO!!!! Actually, if you listen carefully to the very end of the credits a voice, not necessarily Rob's either, says, "They all watched it." I'm not sure where you came up with your version of the voice's dialogue but if you listen to it again the voice clearly does not say what you've stated here.
