It’s safe to say that all of us that felt that ethanhaaswasright.com was related to 1-18-08 should now stick their heads as far up their asses as possible. So to whomever started the massive cult following of the correlation between the two, I hope you have to suffer years upon years of “Happy Shiny People” ala Bubble Boy.

And to the people who registered ethanhaas.org, .net and org… Well, that’s what you get!

We have confirmation from J.J. Abrams that Ethan Haas is not related.

Thanks for your support of our little movie. I can’t wait to talk to you more about it — of course, knowing you, by the time we talk you’ll know more than I will.

Regarding the online stuff you posted: yeah, we’re doing some fun stuff on the web. But, obviously, if the movie doesn’t kick some massive ASS, who gives a rat’s about what’s online? So as you can imagine, we’re focusing mostly on THAT. For what it’s worth, the only site of ours that people have even FOUND is the 1-18-08.com site. The others (like the Ethan Haas sites) have nothing to do with us.

So for some of you that have been trying to scour the internet for the Ethanhaaswasright.com videos that play after each puzzle you solve (there’s five altogether), look no further. YouTube had up #1 and #5 with the ones in between having been removed by Paramount (though no explanation as to why those to were kept up.)

Anyway, a couple of smart people have reminded us the power of viewing a website’s source.

If you’re like me you may have only been able to answer the first puzzle, or maybe none of them. But thebraxcave.com has posted up solutions for solving the puzzles that ethanhaaswasright.com.

The first part is to click on the sphere pieces will pop out in a sequence. You then have to repeat the sequence without error. This will launch a video from “Van” who tells you about Ethan who has seen the future, people will die.
