I don’t think that THE ship, but a ship.
The news report says that the ship was capsized. I guess that it could have righted itself.
Just a few more days. Woooooooo.
The taxi is crushed by the SOL head in this one!! They keep tinkering with scenes in these TV spots……it’s driving me crazy!! Thanks, J.J.!!
I didn’t notice the taxi the first time I watched this.
whats the blue thing that shoots up and to right, behind the SOL, just before the end of the clip?
fingers crossed Jamie is in the taxi :P
The message on Taguato’s answering service has changed to acknowledge the mining accident.

**False Fact**

Slyzod i just called Tagruato and heard no such thing…Please do not post false facts on these boards :-)
the video’s been taken down by request of the studio.
That blue light is from a helicopter, and the ship that capsized is owned by Tagruato (which may actually be where the monster came from — though I find that unlikely since the monster is “as tall as a skyscraper”) The extended scene of the bridge falling down is pretty cool, because you notice that the bridge looks like it’s actually being pulled down…you know, support beams snapping off and gyrated metal hurling in the air.
and Big Lee, the taxi was always crushed in that scene — even in the teaser trailer which was shown in theaters back in July of 2007.
Ah, it’s taken down.
I hope there will be a lot of new stuff tomorrow.
I hope i don’t fall in a big gap when i have seen the movie.
Because all this internet searching is kinda addictive.
I got to see that clip, but the same stuff was in a commercial that I saw Monday night.
I don’t remember which show I watched it on, but I was flipping channels during the breaks in the BCS National Championship.
Hated the game, just so you all know.
It was nothing much to be excited about. Ohhh, just the bridge collapsing, people running in terror, and someone’s head crushing a taxi. I don’t see why everyone is so frightened. I mean, it’s not like a monster is attacking the city, right? :(
Paramount made Movieweb take down this 15 sec video clip and gave them a 30 sec video clip to replace it.
