I surely hope I’m not the only person that is wondering what the fuck is up with the person(s) that are running 1-18-08news.com. I browsed through some of the posts there and literally wanted to grab some sort of cute fuzzy mammal and whack it across a wall of broken, jagged, shards of glass.
In other news, I’m looking for 1-2 people to post almost daily news here. I’m going through some personal issues right now, and I just have no motivation to work on the site right now. I’m sure in a week or two I’ll be up to it, but right now I’m focusing on mending myself and keeping my head up.

NO, you’re not the only one disgusted by that asshole Brad. He’s just deleting negative comments or refusing to approve them. He’s already deleted my first one, which was a helluva lot more civil then this one — which I’m sure he won’t approve:

I agree 100% Jordan, I posted up those posters he had, just so that I could get some proof they were fake, since I didnt have time and I knew the readers would be able to find it faster than me. You won’t see anymore info that comes from 1-18-08news.com up on cloverfieldnews as I’m sure I wont see it here.
Hope everything works out for you, I enjoy reading your site, it’s one of the few trustworthy “Cloverfield” sites out there.

Yeah this guy is a piece of work, he has some reliable source named Remedios sending him emails full of nonsense. Or he’s writing them himself, as of this moment all the comments are being approved, but it looks like he’s setting his site up to disappear (which those of you that have been following today will know I predicted a few hours ago during one of his email posts) saying that 2 other sites that never even existed are now completely missing from the internets.
Can anyone here explain to me the desire to have what is essentially anonymous internet fame? I’ve seen alot of sites or commenters (I’m looking at you AICN talkbackers) posting what is obviously made up information for the sake of some kind of weird glory and fame, I don’t get it.
For those that do have good info, don’t get upset when people call you fakers, just prove you are reliable.

I have not been following for too long, but wanted to check out the 01-18-08 news sites that are out there and I must say, after perusing the 011808news.com site and watching the “findings video” I have come to the conclusion that that guy is a dumbshit.
Not to mention, if you’re going to make a video and post it on the internet, try not to stutter and stumble all over your words. And is it necessary to recite exactly what you’ve typed? Just make a post - nobody wants to hear your creepy ass voice.
WOW lol i knew those posters were fake the first time i looked at them. When i went onto cloverfieldnews.com and saw something about 1-18-08news.com or whatever it is and saw that he had this breaking news story or whateva and that he had a reliable source from paramount i was like this guy is a fraud one because the photo with the hand i saw on another website and 2 because his information sounded like all the other theories on youtube. why do people have do this and mislead others on this movie when so many of us really want to know what is actually going to be in the movie and what it is going to be about. Somebody should make a post about how this guy likes to fool with people and make things seem real.

hey i was just on youtube and i saw a video that had Olivia Munn from G4tv channel 191 for dish users. anyway it said under it that G4 did say what the cloverfield monster was and then i clicked on it and the copyright message came up that the video had been removed due to copyright issues from g4 So idk what they said or if the monster was actually revealed but right now all i am hearing is alien. Oh by the way, the Ethan Haas website is now a mass multiplayer game website called Alpha Omega. I checked out the site

All the information you have, he has and more. so ur basically calling whatever to him, to urself cause this site has basically the same info. just stop being jerks. Well, WTH, it seems like the little charade is over, the “fake” posts were deleted anyway… But I’ll keep cheking this site, ‘coz I prefer reading facts than bogus.
And, Jordan, you can count on me, every day I do some little research about the movie, and sometimes some interesting info (no theories, no crap) eventually pop out, so I’m interested on helping. =P

I tried to also post a comment on Brad’s site, specifically to contributors DirectX7 and his video. I simply said “one piece of advice for DirectX7 and his videos: TURN SPELL CHECK ON” Of course my comment never was posted because of Brad’s notorious comment censorship. I’m am now 100% loyal to ProjectCloverfield.com. Keep up the good work!
