Pictures of the 1-18-08 Set

If you’re a member of the fright forums you may have come across a thread that features pictures of the set for 1-18-08, which I believe were taken by Ken himself, though I am not entirely sure. Make sure to credit Ken/Frightstuff for the photos if you do use/post them elsewhere!

I never understood why people watermarked images that they clearly don’t own copyrights to.

Oh man, I know! I was laughing to myself, and figured you know what, I can see why you had done it. In case people watermarked it, hopefully possible traffic.
So I figured if they’re going to use my bandwidth, might as well make the best of it.
That and being a hypocrite is so much fun! :D
he took down the pictures and any thread mentioning cloverfield on the forums…
Jessi, yeah I was just looking around for it again and didn’t come across it. Looks like the surge of new registrations and hits to the forum have led him to do that.
At least I managed to get a hold of the pics before he took them down :P
you stealing my pictures is a crime. that is why I took everything down.
“FX” the pictures were made available to the members of the forum, and were posted on this website with credit given where it was due.
If you truly have a problem with these photos, please e-mail me from your whois email address that’s being used for frightstuff.com.
the rules of the forum state no pictures can be used without permission.
and yes I own the pictures.
I know many people want to learn more about this Movie, but we have rules and contracts that we sign, I would love to show you all of them and maybe when I get permission you will see them, until then I had to take down the pictures. enjoy what you have..
Actually, according to the registration agreement that I “signed” there is no such statement in regards to material found on that forum. I now see some text added to the subforums description with a notation saying that photos are not to be use.
I would recommend editing the registration agreement to include the information in regards to photo/images you post on your own forum. Most people don’t read the agreement they sign, but this is more binding then some description text on your website.

Que pasa muchachos, no notaron???, que esta pelicula de bajo presupuesto, es re mala… JAJAJA…y se ve en el trailler… le doy un ejemplo… vieron la cabeza de la Estatua de la Libertadad, NO tiene la proposion y el tamaño de la Original (que es 10 veces mas Grande) y si se fijan bien… Hay Mas…
Obviamente tienen que descubrirlo Ustedes.
